Until now, there was no comprehensive M&A marketplace in our country that would bring investors and companies together ; MANDATR was designed as a structure that fills this gap, providing information and bringing the parties together .
Our aim is to bring together foreign investors and Turkish companies in a more conscious and efficient way by making Turkey a bridge for investors .
Our platform provides the information needed in the M&A field while also helping to establish the right partnerships. We want to grow the M&A ecosystem together; let's manage this process together.

In line with this vision, we mediate the meeting of international investors with investment opportunities in Turkey and aim to support Turkish companies in opening up to global markets.
MANDATR is Turkey's first comprehensive M&A platform that aims to bring together foreign capital and local companies while also eliminating the lack of Turkish information on M&A processes.
DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLATFORM
The MANDATR platform was developed under the leadership of Dinamo Consulting and with the contributions of other experts in the sector.
As Dinamo Consulting, we were established in Istanbul 19 years ago and entered the international arena 9 years ago by opening an office in Canada (Toronto). Thanks to the knowledge and extensive network we have gained in financial consultancy and training over the years , it was a natural process for us to bring MANDATR to life.
While creating the platform, we established a structure that brings together financial and technical expertise.
A strong team of financial experts, technical experts and leaders with industry experience formed the cornerstones of MANDATR.
In this way, the platform has both extensive financial sector experience and technology competence behind it.

MANDATR is not a consultancy company; therefore, it does not act with the expectation of pure commercial gain. Our main goal is to increase the level of knowledge in the field of M&A and to contribute to the growth of the market.
