MANDATR's M&A Marketplace is a digital marketplace that connects buyers seeking mergers and acquisitions with sellers seeking to expand or divest their businesses. As such a comprehensive platform has never existed in Türkiye to directly connect investors and companies, MANDATR fills a significant gap in this area.

The platform aims to embrace all stakeholders involved in the M&A process: from entrepreneurs looking for growth partners to investors pursuing new opportunities, it is open to anyone asking “how can I do business more efficiently and in different ways?”

Buyers and sellers can share their listings and find each other in a neutral environment, and consultants and experts can also participate in the process. MANDATR offers a proactive team approach to help make the right matches and provide support to both buyers and sellers.

Platform Stages: The M&A Marketplace is being developed in stages:

 

Phase 1 – Company Listings: Initially, the platform will feature listings of companies for sale and opportunities sought by investors. This allows users to review publicly published company listings for sale or investment requests and make initial contact.

 

Phase 2 – Exclusive Opportunities & Startup Matching: In the next phase, exclusive investment opportunities will be offered that are only accessible to registered members.

This closed section will feature confidential M&A opportunities and exclusive deals. MANDATR will also create a dedicated space to match startups with investors.

In this way, startups with M&A potential in Türkiye will be brought together with suitable investors on a secure platform.
